CloudSource OA is a new software solution that enables libraries to better manage the growing body of Open Access (OA) content available today. With a live pilot program starting in Q2 2020 and general availability scheduled for Q2 2021, CloudSource OA provides libraries with tools to curate OA collections from a vetted pool of the most trusted, highest-use scholarly materials licensed for open access. CloudSource OA facilitates discovery through enhanced metadata along with full-text indexing and direct access –requiring no authentication and removing the possibility for broken links. For academic libraries, CloudSource OA will include the BLUEcloud Course Lists application, which will be released for North America this month. To show a return on your investment in the platform, CloudSource OA will deliver new reports and dashboards to BLUEcloud Analytics based on COUNTER usage statistics.
