The Baltimore area has always struggled with issues of poverty, and unemployment. The Enoch Pratt Public Library plays an important role in the daily of lives of Baltimore’s citizens, but only those who can reach the physical branch. In order to overcome this obstacle, the Enoch Pratt Public Library created the Mobile Job Center.
