Using Technology to Enhance and Strengthen Community Relationships
Do you need new ideas to strengthen your community outreach programs? Learn how St. Charles Library used technology to help them move forward in a new direction.

The St. Charles Library District serves a population of 55,000 resident and growing. With such a growing community, the library was in need of a way to reach out to their patrons, accomplish their workload, and find time to personally interact with patrons. This problem bubbled over until 2015, when St. Charles realized they needed to make some changes with their senior outreach program. During this time David Kelsey and Dana Hintz joined the outreach team and discovered a new way of doing things that helped them gain functionality, while spending more time with patrons.

Join us for this webinar as David teaches us how he strengthened his program through:

  • The exploration of modern ideas and letting go of old traditions
  • Streamlining and digitizing their workflow
  • Expanding into the community and leaving more time for personal interactions

Join with us as we learn and grow from David’s experiences and learn how to implement these new and modern ideas into your own library.
