Salt Lake County Library Services, in partnership with community organizations, developed a financial literacy curriculum to integrate it into existing library and ESL partner programs. The library saw a need within the community for stronger financial understanding and the need to feel more confident with money.

Liesl Seborg has worked in public libraries for more than 15 years and has been the Senior Librarian for Lifelong Learning with Salt Lake County Library Services since 2011. Liesl is passionate about equal access to library services for all members of the community and her varied projects, along with her outreach efforts, reflect that passion.
Liesl is a regular presenter at library conferences including for the Utah Library Association, Idaho Library Association, Pacific Northwest Library Association, the Mountain Plains Library Association and, most recently, the American Library Association conference. She has presented webinars on e-collections and innovative uses for iPads for Multiple Sclerosis patients.
